Shaping an inclusive digital world together.

We are leefs

We research how people use digital products and help companies to improve their websites and apps.

The question of accessibility and how well digital offerings work with aids and assistive technologies is becoming increasingly important for our customers. We support companies in making their digital products more inclusive and accessible.

By involving people with disabilities in our user tests, product teams gain authentic insights into the everyday use of their products.

Youre personal opinions and experiences are very valuable for this.

Frequently asked Questions

What requirements do I have to meet?

In principle, people aged 18 and over who have a permanent impairment or disability can take part. These include physical and sensory impairments or difficulties with learning or orientation in everyday life. It would be ideal if you are interested in digital technologies and the Internet, as most of the studies involve digital applications. You should be willing to share your opinion openly and honestly. The use of certain assistive devices is not a prerequisite.

How exactly does participation work?

We will be happy to explain the process to you in a personal meeting. The important thing is: As a test person, you can't do anything wrong. It is not you, but the product that is being tested. We are only interested in your honest opinion and feedback. The aim is to ensure the accessibility of digital products and to optimize the user experience.

What types of studies are there and how long do they take?

We carry out different types of studies, such as questionnaires, interviews or user tests. Surveys can take as little as 10 minutes, personal interviews and user tests between 30 and 60 minutes. We will inform you of the exact duration before each participation. Our customers come from a wide variety of sectors such as insurance, household appliances, banking and agriculture.

Which studies can I take part in and how often?

Yes, you are free to decide whether to accept or decline a study request. Participation in the panel does not automatically mean that you have to take part in every study. How often you participate depends on our clients' project requests and your own availability. It is perfectly fine if you only want to participate occasionally.

What information do I need to provide?

When we add your contact to our database, we ask for additional information that helps us to better understand your life situation and is relevant for the selection of studies. For example, we ask for information such as your place of residence, work situation, interests, type of disability, assistive aids and devices. Important: Personal information about you is voluntary and strictly confidential. It will not be passed on to other persons or companies. Before we store your contact with us, we will clarify all data protection issues together.
